Unravel all the mysteries behind the construction of the Pont du Gard and the Nîmes Aqueduct through a tour of 6,000 square meters of interactive exhibits, offering a complete and spectacular immersion into the heart of Roman civilization.

This ticket grants you access to the Museum, one of the largest fully immersive interpretation centers dedicated to the engineering genius of Roman builders, as well as to the cinema for a screening of a film on the history of the Pont du Gard and to the Ludo space for children, a world where learning is fun.

And starting May 29, a unique and spectacular exhibition by artist Robert Combas will open in this space (visit included with this ticket).

Let us tell you the story of the Nîmes Aqueduct and the magnificent Pont du Gard, a structure unlike any other in the world. Embark on a long and spectacular journey through time that will take you to the top of the bridge for a walk through the ancient water channel where water flowed 2,000 years ago! Ticket for a 1-hour guided tour with a docent, including admission to the discovery areas (Museum, Cine, Ludo, Expo). Valid only on the selected day and time. Guided tours depart from the left bank in front of the reception desk.

Vehicle parking is not included with this ticket and must be paid for on site: €9/day

General public, not accessible to PRMs and strollers.

To preserve the Roman canal located on the 3rd floor of the monument, bulky items or large backpacks must be checked in at the left bank reception desk before the tour and retrieved at the end of the tour. It is prohibited to store valuables, dangerous items, or perishable goods. The site accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage.

The Pont du Gard offers a brand new mobile audio guide with two immersive tours. Outside, enjoy 12 points of interest to guide you from one bank to the other and discover the entire history of the Pont du Gard. There is also a tour available in the museum, with eight points of interest to explore the rooms and uncover all the secrets of the construction and conservation of the Nîmes aqueduct and the Pont du Gard. A complete visit combining leisurely strolls and discovery!
