For your comfort, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear; access to the monument’s third floor requires climbing approximately 80 steps and returning via paths through the scrubland. Guided tours depart from the reception area on the left bank of the site (in the town of Vers Pont du Gard)

To preserve the Roman aqueduct located on the third level of the monument, bulky items or large backpacks must be checked in at the left bank reception desk before the tour and retrieved at the end of the tour. It is prohibited to store valuables, dangerous items, or perishable goods. The site accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage.

IMPORTANT : Access conditions and ticket terms

The meeting point is located on the left bank (in the town of Vers Pont du Gard); please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the tour at the meeting point next to the reception area.

This ticket also grants access to the interactive areas (Museum-Cinema, Ludo, Expo): please check the opening hours before your visit

In the event of a delay, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Please note that pets are not allowed in indoor areas or during guided tours.
